Governance is the collective name for the management, organisation and supervision of the organisation.

Within I&I there is a lot of experience in hands-on guidance in arriving at the right design and enhancing the mutual interaction between the board / management and supervisors and / or shareholders. Often a sharp vision of everyone’s role and a joint vision of governance are an important foundation for success. I&I facilitates board reviews by creating a reflective space by focusing on aspects related to the requirements that follow from the governance system. In focus are group dynamics in the Board Room between the Management Board and the Supervisory Board as well as personal contributions by members.
