Unlocking potential in people and teams is something that is in my blood. As a manager, I thoroughly enjoyed to see people unfold their potential and become stronger. I thrive in complex situations where many facets have to be taken into account. I have experience in the entire spectrum of international negotiations and boardroom dynamics. As a certified coach, I like to guide individuals, teams and organisations with changes; not only with growth, but also when things needs reconsideration or within a crisis. I am at my best when there is a “hassle”. Hassle in teams, hassle with or between shareholders and / or hassle due to lagging performance. Bringing many and strong opinions into line is something that I do easily, making use of my extensive experience in what works and what doesn’t work within and between companies and shareholders. I also do that with Supervisory Boards and in my own supervisory roles.

My approach is integral and characterised by the constant switching between hard and soft skills. I like situations where a lot is at stake. I believe that every change starts with awareness; by asking, by mirroring or by confronting. Then we accelerate and translate insights into actions that lead to results. I enjoy working within the larger family business. Still, I also move easily in corporates and institutions, even when it comes to improving the interaction between management and supervisory boards and optimising governance.

People describe me as connecting, enthusiastic and creative. Someone who can understand situations quickly, always looking for improvement and helps others to get insights into what the best way forward is.

As a Lean Black Belt consultant and recognised Team Coach (St!R), I like to guide teams in their journey to excellence. In my career, process management and process improvement (Lean) form a red thread. I have done this from different roles, which means that I know better than anyone what it means for people in organisations to continuously respond to a changing environment. I have brought the insights and experiences together in my own LeanBack® approach.

The power of successful Lean and Agile organisations lies in the right connection between methods and behaviour. As a result, we reach more effective reflexes from employees and management. With every new assignment it is a challenge for me to let individuals and teams experience how you can achieve more results and enjoyment with an integrated approach. To optimally guide teams and managers in this, I am not only a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile Scrum Master, but also a recognised Team Coach (St! R) and trained in NLP and Spiral Dynamics.

Both in private and in business, I am recognised as open and accessible and a professional who connects naturally. In addition, I continuously reflect on my own actions to continue to grow.
