Conflict resolution

Unresolved conflicts in an organization undermine job satisfaction and are a distraction. If they are not addressed adequately and promptly, the impact is significant. While this may not be visible, it has an impact below the surface. Conflict resolution restores and renews alignment, allowing all energy to be focused on shared goals.

Conflict mediation is useful in situations involving (potential) conflict:

  • between shareholders
  • between directors/managers
  • between different departments/teams
  • between employee and manager
  • between team and manager
  • within a team or management team
What we do:

We take a leading role in finding a resolution to the conflict. From a neutral position between the parties, we strive to find a solution acceptable to all parties, one that is better than muddling through. We explore potential ingredients for a solution. When the parties are ready, we facilitate joint discussions. During these discussions, we explore creative solutions and new ways of communicating with each other. Together, we clear up the mess and pave the way for collaboration.
