Is the structure of the organisation correct, and does the mandate match? Is the interaction between management and the supervisory board optimal and based on an agreed and experienced vision on supervision?

And: How do I improve the dialogue with shareholders? Do the agreements between different shareholders need to be adjusted? How do I set up a partnership with another organisation?

Governance is the collective name for the management, organisation and supervision of the organisation.

Within I&I there is a lot of experience in hands-on guidance in arriving at the right design and enhancing the mutual interaction between the board / management and supervisors and / or shareholders. Often a sharp vision of everyone’s role and a joint vision of governance are an important foundation for success. Agreeing on this requires intensive dialogue and a sharp record of the results both in the non-profit sector and within the business community.
