Governance is the collective name for the management, organisation and supervision of the organisation.

Within I&I there is a lot of experience in hands-on guidance in arriving at the right design and enhancing the mutual interaction between the board / management and supervisors and / or shareholders. Often a sharp vision of everyone’s role and a joint vision of governance are an important foundation for success. Agreeing on this requires intensive dialogue and a sharp record of the results both in the non-profit sector and within the business community. I&I is happy to support this, just as with self-evaluations of supervisory bodies.
