Conflict Mediation

Unresolved conflicts within an organization undermine job satisfaction and create distraction. If they are not addressed adequately and in time, the impact can be significant. The effects may not always be visible on the surface, but they are certainly felt beneath it. Conflict mediation restores and renews alignment, allowing all energy to be redirected toward shared goals.
Conflict mediation is valuable in situations involving (potential) conflict, such as:

  • Between shareholders
  • Between directors or senior managers
  • Between departments or teams
  • Between an employee and their manager
  • Between a team and its manager
  • Within a team or management team

 

What we do
We take a leading role in guiding the resolution of conflict. From a neutral position between the parties, we aim to find a solution that is acceptable to everyone and more constructive than simply “muddling through.” We explore the possible ingredients for resolution and, once the parties are ready, facilitate joint conversations. In these sessions, we look for creative solutions and new ways of communicating with one another. Together, we clear the debris to make room for genuine collaboration.
